I’m thinking there was a mix up in the son department or Mo Lang is Bai Qi’s half brother.

I’d be a lil sad if Mo Lang showed up to save them all… like he’ll be stealing Thirteen’s thunder.

I can imagine Seven seeing Thirteen first thru the opening with his eyes all sparkly…

And then he makes a face when he sees Mo Lang. Like who’s this guy?!

Mo Lang could be like: “You look just like your mom/ I knew your mother.”

Seven would be questioning if he’s his dad and Mo Lang would respond: “No I’m just your really cool uncle.”

Thirteen would be able recognize the signs of a liar and ask him privately why he lied.

Mo Lang would say something along the lines of: “The truth is too complicated/ it’s better this way/to make sure Seven isn’t distracted by his past.” And Thirteen just goes along with it.
