The House of Representatives passed a bill! The US House of Representatives finally passed AHCA 2017. Now it has to be scored by the Congressional Budget Office (usually done before the vote), be passed by the US Senate, go through a Reconciliation Committee, return to the House to be passed again and then returned to the Senate for final passage. Then the Republicans can honestly celebrate.
