I know Narnia fandom is dead but bear with me. I've read some casmund soulmate aus, they're precious. Mostly about how edmund gets to stay in narnia cuz Caspian is his soulmate, either in PC or in VDT. The age difference always bothers me, even tho in the fics they change his age.

But hmo.

How about, since in VDT Edmund still isnt 18, (I'm so sure he isn't even 16 tbh). Mark that appears in your skin at 16/18 (pick any). Edmund leaves in VDT and gets to go back to Narnia ;_; to be with his beloved ;;_;; cuz not even Aslan could separate sOULMATES.

That, or soulmate au where what you write in your skin shows on your soulmates. (Altho i did read a dif soulmate au that was kinda similar to that huhh...) were Edmund gets no response (since timelines are weird) for the longest time and then the writting appears and dissapears so fast he thinks the universe is fucking with him aka much needed angst but hey (gay?) once they go back in PC it all makes sense no?
