Trinity and Frank, mirroring each other so completely that they turn into each other. Every interaction they have is just:
She is him and he is her.
She'll cut him to ribbons (she'll cut herself to ribbons).
The weapon she chooses to wield against him is his past self, every terrible word he aimed at her echoing out of her mouth.
He reached through the glass to strangle her and now both their throats are bruised.
She's the pure and uncorrupted version of him, he have to make amends to her and only then will he begin to heal.
He scares her so badly that she retreats into a shiny mirrored shell, showing nothing of her true self. Showing only him.
She scares him so badly that he crawls on his belly to atone. She knows what he did, she's the only one he can't hide from.
He needs to rewrite their first interaction; he needs to go back in time again and again until he gets it right
