I'm totally with you on that email thing! My two email tabs are open at all times, I check it on my phone when my eyes are only half open in the morning, get frustrated when people don't respond within 5 hours and if my professor doesn't acknowledge my email in less than an hour I wonder (with a faint hope) if he'd died lol

17. Describe a fic that is still in the ‘ideas’ stage.
There’s one I hinted at working on this month for Nanowrimo that I’ve kind of started plotting but I haven’t fully outlined?
It’s a yoonseok enemies to lovers AU where Yoongi and Hoseok work in the same uhh fire/rescue squad district? as each other, but Yoongi is a paramedic and Hobi is a firefighter. The premise is that bangtan is split into paramedic/EMTs vs. firefighters with each team kind of having a rivalry and all-around bad opinions of each other. I tentatively named it District 7
@whoatheresparkie and @jeons-jalebi have been listening to me scream/helping me develop the concept kind of based around a similar situation to the characters of the TV series Chicago Fire (though I’ve only seen the first ep)
It hasn’t left the idea stages because I don’t fully understand how American fire protection districts work internally and how they operate aside from firetrucks/firefighters doing their jobs bc it seems implied to me that they also contain rescue squad cars that carry paramedics in emergency situations?
I want to be confident that what I write is factually accurate and realistic.
