Hi! First let me say that I love your work and Candi and the witch drawings you do! You're just great! Second, and I apologize if this is too personal and if you don't want to answer I totally understand, but I was wondering, since you do a lot of witch/witchy drawings, do you practice magic(k) at all? Just curious because I haven't seen many "out" witch/Wiccan/Pagan entertainers/creators and I think it's really cool. Thanks!

I’m not a practicing Wiccan or anything super serious, but I’ll try little things out. I have a bunch of girlfriends who dabble, and have introduced me to candle work & crystals. It’s fun because researching for this project lets me visit a couple witch shops and I always enjoy the vibes in those places. It’s all very positive. After going through a pretty rough couple years self-esteem-wise, I appreciate the femininity of it all, and how it’s generally all about empowering yourself. (Plus, sage smells really good.)
