The North Stars put on a show, and the Rhinos continue to look for success in the 2023-24 season. Couldn't catch all of it, but boy howdy! North Stars forward Wehebe Darge (#9) emerged as this game's star, potting a whopping 7 goals and 1 assist. Francis Drolet (#17) and Aiden Wagner (#44) were instrumental, assisting on 7 and 6 goals each respectively.
Rhinos goalie Glen Forbes-White (#2) made many acrobatic saves. In the end, the Rhinos skaters were unable to keep the puck out of their zone, and ended the game being eclipsed in shot generation 15-58.
As noted by the broadcast, Forbes-White is in his rookie season. Flexible, quick, and determined, Forbes-White showed flashes of potential. Though the scoreline didn't reflect it, he did well under the circumstances. I look forward to seeing his progress!
