This summer was everything but boring! I participated in aiesec ‘Association internationale pour les étudiants de l'économie et du commerce ‘volunteering program ‘ready set morocco’ in Rabat Morocco. The project aims to promote tourism in Morocco through social media, photography and marketing. Discover morocco with international group! How it would sound? Morocco was always and still one of my favorite country Meeting students form 4 corners I hope I get the time to share my experience with my grandsons before I get Alzheimer Meeting people from china Indonesia México Spain Egypt Algeria Palestine … We lived in same place for weeks, that moment when you realize all what you learn in geography classes that disappear once you pass the test was nothing! If you want to know someone well you should travel with him I know that ‘4 or 5 or 8 weeks it’s not enough to make friends but you know what a trip it’s like spending years together. It’s said Traveling it’s not about the place you go it’s about with whom u travel But what if it’s about both of them??? People and place There's perhaps only one thing better than travelling to a place for the first time - going there with people from different nationalities different backgrounds that appreciate life! So many funny stories to share: missing trains, spending nights in trains, trying some local words and phrases, getting lost … I encourage youth to travel alone stop spending money in coffee shops and start saving! Those who want to explore the world through meaningful interaction with local people and their cultures it’s not impossible you just need that little push You won’t discover yourself, your real aptitudes if you keep relaying on people, don’t stick to your comfort zone. After I got accepted in this project and before taking the decision of traveling alone I was searching for someone to join me; friend, relative or even stranger from Tunisia. Now I am so happy that I got the chance to be completely alone and rely just on myself, this experience definitely changed me a lot.. I am looking forward to the next experience and next list of first things
