Hi! Could you do a polyamory board? The flag has bright colors but the blue hurts my eyes so if you could do regular black and gold, with soft red and blue I would appreciate it! :D

Of course! I used the colors I’ve seen on alternate colors for the flag, but I couldn’t find one with the heart symbol I wanted, so I just edited the flag. Personally, as a polyamorous person, I will always be connected with the original colors of the original flag, and can’t let them go, but I do not like how bright they are. Someone who knew the creator of the original flag and creation of it made an alternate flag that is INCREDIBLY pretty, thoughtful, and does not hurt the eyes, if you want to check it out! i recommend reading the whole thing!

A word about @buttsmithy‘s Alfie:

I feel like Vera a is going to stop right up to Ailduin’s tent when she reaches the caravan because, let’s be real, he’s funding the entire expedition. He’s going to see her and get all smug like “Ha! I knew you couldn’t resist my offer!” And Vera’s going to shoot him the fuck down and just start shouting. “Where’s my daughter? I know she left with your caravan! Now, where is she?” And Ailduin will get just a little bit disappointed that Vera wasn’t there for him, but he’ll tell her where to find Alfie. And I think Vera will get a little bit disappointed, too. He’s the type that would make her beg for the position if she changed her mind about his offer, and we all know that isn’t happening. Remember the beginning of the comic when Ailduin was like “lol don’t fall in love with me?” I think they both fell just a little bit in love with each other. They’re both genuinely just want the other person to have a good time. It’s such a pleasant relationship of self-discovery and mutual growth. I’m low-key more invested in Vera’s relationships than I am invested in Alfie’s relationships. Oops.

Your poems are always so sad. Will you write a happy poem, about a beautiful tree? Or a flowing river? Or a birthday party?

I don't often write things that are happy. I don't like happy poems in general, because of my strong conviction that poetry is supposed to involve a lot of sadness. I do have some happy poems that I wrote for fun as a kid that I can show you, but they aren't very good because they're not supposed to be good. I'm more likely to write happy poems if there's already a lot of sadness for me to work with.
