                   「☠」—» The cats in this place were weird. Never in his life had Nico been approached by a feline, or any animal, really. It just came with the whole 'son of Hades' package. He'd become used to it, over the years, and now he didn't even blink when animals visibly scattered in his presence. But now, suddenly, not one but two cats had openly made it clear to him that his permanent aura of death didn't bother them one bit. It was a slightly unsettling shock, and now Nico found himself slumped against a tree, legs spread out in front of him and chin tucked to his chest, a frown tilting his mouth down into a curve as he thought about the recent events. Really, the bizzareness of it just confused him even more. Was something changing? Was he losing his aura? His power? That was definitely a scary thought, and it made the demigod bite his lip. Sure, his powers could suck at times, but they were also strong. They gave him the ability to protect both himself and his friends. He definitely didn't want to lose them.

                   So it seemed only ironic when a streak of black caught the corner of Nico's eye, making him turn his head to see... a cat. Fantastic. It's appearance only made his frown deepen, as this cat he recognized at the one who had twined around his legs during the masquerade. A sigh left pale lips as dark eyes fixed on the sleek figure before him.

                   " You again, I see. "
