Hi! Can you do some headcannons with the Aerialbots and an energetic Aerialbot!Reader who loves the team unconditionally and looks up to them? Loves spending time with them and often drags them to shenanigans and adventures of their own? I love these guys so much, they're srsly just as underrated as the Stunticons (there's so much wrong with these two gestalt teams the more I thought about them. Imagine being sparked into existence just to fight in a war you know nothing about I shit you not these boys make me ill–)
Yea, also sorry for vanishing on y'all, took a small break to write just for myself. It'll probably happen again 😓
Energetic!Aerialbot!Reader X Aerialbots (Silverbolt, Air Raid, Fireflight, Skydive, and Slingshot)
Headcanons
Silverbolt
As the leader, he's always worried about his team, especially you
So lively and full of energy, he's worried you'll end up greatly hurt somehow, so he takes extra precautions with your safety.
Had even debated asking for one of those harnesses humans get for their toddlers (an obviously very large one), but had convinced himself that'd be a little much of him to do.
Your behavior and silly doings always gets him smiling or holding back chuckle.
He doesn't mind going on adventures with you, because you fly low with him, and allow him to not worry about his acrophobia too much.
Knows you look up to him, but anytime you thank him for being a good leader he's all bashful.
Air Raid
Always, and I mean always, ready to go on an adventure with you.
You two are the most impulsive of the group, which has led to many (mis)adventures, and others pulling you and Air Raid out of whatever mess you caused.
You both will do it again, because it was fun; even if Silverbolt gets after you two for it.
If you tell him, you look up to him, watch him freeze for a moment then smile wide and suggest more adventures.
Your processors are filled with bad (or good) ideas depending on who you ask. To you both, they're always the best ideas!
Servo in servo, if something needs done without second thought, the entirety of Autobots turn to you two, just waiting.
Fireflight
He's a bit of a daydreamer, so it's not hard to rope him in for your shenanigans or adventures.
Once he's aware of what you're doing, he realizes, he can't back out and keeps going along with you. You've done this so many times; he really needs to learn.
Some of his favorite adventures though are you two zooming through the sky and watching Earth and documenting the cool things you both see
Fireflight and you are both great lovers of Earth and the possibilities of it all, even if he's often way more distracted than you.
In fact, you two adopted a system where you'll get in front of him during flight and guide him, until he snaps back to reality, so he doesn't feel into anything or one.
In Fireflight's case, he looks up to you more than you look up to him. In the end, it's mutual awe of each other.
Skydive
Unlike Fireflight, you have to really try and convince Skydive to come with you somewhere or get to play along with what you've planned.
He's very much a "by-the-books" bot, and isn't too sure of what you do, because he'd rather read than go out and explore.
There was one time you convinced him to go along with you, and it was to a historical sight, specifically the first successful time humans achieved flight
Safe to say, the next day, Skydive was telling you all about the evolution of your gestalt alt-mode designs.
The first time you praised him about his guidance in battle, he hesitated before saying thank you
Know the entirety of Aerialbots are thankful for his military planning, but it is different when verbally acknowledged.
Slingshot
Tried and tried to brush off all your shenanigans, but eventually gives in and plays along
Not to mention, when you ask him to go on adventures with you, his confused but scoffs it off.
He's insecurity about being the smallest and weakest Aerialbot gets to him a lot, and you don't seem to mind that. Which gets him even more self-conscious.
You know Slingshot's tough bot act is to compensate for his stature, and you don't mind.
When he finds out you look up to him the most. His confused and wondering if something is wrong with your processor.
Learning you hold him so high because, despite him fundamentally being the worse Aerialbot, he keeps trying and is always there for the team, makes him have a brief shutdown.
