"Shipwreck" teabowl foot. Ash and iron glaze. The thing about a proper foot, it lets you hold the bowl in comfort. This bowl kept coming out grumpy and was forced to survive four firings. "Wet crow" vase. One winter, I would often meet the same crow on my dog walks. There was often wet rain, and the bird looked very grumpy and wet. It would scream at the dog, and when the hound got under the tree, the crow would shake the branches so that snow got on the dog. Then the crow and friends would laugh at the dog that was having anger hysterics. The dog never realized that all it had to do to avoid the insult was not approach the tree.
