still very much on a high following my onboarding week at @airbnb HQ! aptly called ‘check-in’, this is a special programme designed by the employee experience team to make everyone feel right at home starting day one. in line with the company’s mission of making anyone belong anywhere, check-in was filled with back-to-back experiences that were all at once inclusive and insightful. not to mention we started right during halloween week, which meant even more unforgettable moments with the team as well as with all three founders, who shared with us their long-term vision and encouraged us to have fun while on our journey. while i’ve had the good fortune of attending various onboarding sessions of some of the world’s most exciting tech companies, i’d have to say some moments during check-in truly touched my heart, reaffirming my confidence in the decision i’ve made to return to silicon valley tech, to join a company with such an inspiring ethos and purpose. did i drink too much of the kool-aid this time? maybe, it’s hard to tell. but i’d like to rest my faith in the fact that this is just the beginning of something wonderful 💖 #airbnbelle #notavacation #murica #lifeinPR #tech #latergram (at Airbnb HQ) https://www.instagram.com/p/B4ZLETPHQn9/?igshid=13syyix3padzd
