HOW TO REDUCE FACE FAT
I honestly thought that once you’ve lost weight, you would look slimmer. To some extent it’s true, but you still need to do a little of workout. Well, I’ve tried numerous sets of workout and I figured out that my body is starting to change yet, my puffy face has no change at all. Consequently, I’ve searched several of information on how to reduce face fat.
I’ve tried many kinds of exercises but the one that I like the most is the air hold exercise, because it’s very easy and not painful. You just simply use the air to work all the facial muscles around your mouth. Once your mouth is closed, push the air under your lower lip and hold it for about 10 to 15 seconds. Then, push the air to your upper lip and hold it there for about 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat the same air in your left cheek and right cheek. Take a few breaths once you are finished then, repeat it 10 to 12 times. Do it everyday for better results.
