One day govt asked a company to build a road and in return collect fee from the users of the road. As per the contract, the company built a nice smooth, fast, six lane highway and started collecting the toll fee. Time passed, many restaurants opened along the highway and they become big hit among the travellers. The restaurants started earning big. The company who built the road become greedy and wanted a pie of all that earnings. They said since we built this road we will not allow any travellers to get off the highway and whoever wants to open a restaurant along the highway have to pay us and we will allow travellers to access only those restaurants who pay us. WTF? The land doesn't belong to you. You simply cannot hijack people's freedom. It's my right which restaurant I want to eat. What if a nariyal pani wala want to setup his shop along the highway? He will not be, because he cannot afford to pay. All the established companies will set their own rule and won't allow any competition. Similarly, govt has allocated spectrum to these telecom companies to provide 2G/3G/4G. We pay for the usage.
