"Kiss me you idiot." Zigglee.

Adjusting her now cut up ‘Love Bites’ t-shirt for the evening, AJ found herself continuously pacing around the perimeter of the backstage area. Tamina was nowhere to be found and she could already feel her heart sinking to her feet. After everything that has happened to her in the past year and a half, of course her brain would always manipulate a situation like this. She feared the worst. What if Tamina had finally had enough, and decided to ditch her? AJ didn’t think she could handle another person abandoning her. She barely pulled herself together for what happened in July. 

It’s time for me to move on…from you.

How could Dolph have just..thrown her away? After everything they had been through. He said he was the good one; he promised that he was the good one. AJ suddenly felt a whirlwind of emotions flood through her body that she definitely didn’t feel like dealing with right now. Shaking those thoughts from her mind, AJ continued on her search for her sidekick. Maybe her search became too frantic as her head was looking all directions but straight in front of her, and she soon felt her head ramming into a much bigger figure than her own.

Falling backwards, AJ held out the palm of her hands, breaking her fall. She was still a bit disorientated when she saw a hand extend out to her rescue. Her brown eyes scanned upwards and she soon locked her own orbs with a familiar of blue ones. AJ shifted uncomfortably as she got back up on her own. Their eyes were still locked on one another, and she could’ve sworn the rest of the universe was frozen in place. She could suddenly only hear the beat of her heart, and both of their uneasy breathing. 

"Um, how are you?" Dolph suddenly broke the intense silence that was starting to build between them. 

"Fine. " AJ managed to squeak out as she snapped out of her trance. "I should’ve been watching where I was going."

"I meant like…How are you?” 

"Oh, right. I…um…I’m okay. Kind of looking for a runaway Snuka. " AJ laughed awkwardly trying her best not to jet off in a complete hysteric fit. 

"I’m sorry. " He blurted out.

"You’re sorry….?" AJ tilted her head in confusion. Then nodded her hand in understanding as she shrugged her shoulders. "Don’t worry about it. I’m fine. See?" She dramatically showed him her arms. "No cuts or bruises. "

Dolph shook his head and scratched the back of his neck. “No, AJ. I meant….I’m sorry..about…us. Something inside of me just…I don’t know. I wasn’t myself. `I just..uh…I took you for granted. You really just….brought out the best in me. You did everything you could for me….and I just….I blew it. “

As Dolph continued to babble on, AJ couldn’t help but form a tiny grin across her lips. It made her heart flutter to see him like flustered and struggling to tell her how he feels. Wait…shouldn’t she be hating him right now?

"…And I just want you know that….I-I love you. "

The grin on AJ’s lips grew wider and she soon busted out into a fit of giggles and hung her head low trying to contain herself. 

"Okay…I just told you how I felt and you’re laughing….why are you laughing?" Dolph asked with a nervous smile on his face, unsure of what was quite going on in the brunette’s head.

Finally done with her laughing episode, AJ brought her head back up and stared back up at Dolph with a genuine smile on her face. 

"Kiss me, you idiot."

"What are you afraid of?" Zigglee

Clinging onto Dolph’s arm, AJ scanned the amusement park they currently found themselves lost in. It wasn’t often they found themselves having the day off, so they definitely took advantage of whatever free time they could get together. While amusement parks definitely wouldn’t be something at the top of AJ’s ‘places to go’ list, she didn’t want to be stuck inside the hotel all day. She managed to drag Dolph out of his current affair with the latest Dan Brown book he buried his nose into, and out into an environment they were both kind of weary about going into at first.  Neither of them were complaining, though. They were both actually enjoying themselves. Dolph even ripped a page out of cheesy romance and won AJ a stuffed animal. 

As they were headed on their way in a search to find a vendor to stop at for lunch, AJ saw that the roller coaster she wanted to go on, was now open. Tugging gently on his arm, AJ caught Dolph’s eyes with her own, and glanced over towards the rather short line for the ride. Dolph immediately tensed up and shook his head.

"Do you really want me to die of starvation waiting to go on a…ugh, roller coaster?"  

AJ stuck out her bottom lip as she rested her chin on his chest, looking up at him. 

"No. AJ….no. I’m not falling for that…." He shifted his eyes anywhere but her eyes. If he glanced at her for more than a split second, he might just give in. 

"It’ll just be 5 minutes, we can eat directly after!"

Dolph stuffed his hands in his pockets and started to scuff his sneakers against the blacktop, hoping his girlfriend would just drop it. 

AJ playfully glanced over at him, furrowing her eyebrows and tilting her head slightly. Her lips started to twitch into a cheeky grin as she continued to stare at him. 

"Oh my god. Babe, you’re scared to go on, aren’t you?" 

Dolph playfully scoffed and rolled his eyes. “Me? Scared of a roller coaster? I thought I was the one that got kicked in the head a little too hard awhile back. “

AJ tugged on his arm once more, still not buying it. "What are you afraid of?" She tried inching him more towards the line for the ride, but he wouldn’t budge. 

Laughing gently to herself, AJ slipped her hand in Dolph’s and continued on their tourney for lunch.
