Apologies for the late response, our management had been busy. To answer your question, yes, we do!

Are your rooms fixed, or are tenants allowed to play around with the interiors and layout? Like rebuilding and stuff?

Concierge: Good question! We have pre-made interiors--meaning, tenants can just come and move into their units as they are provided fully-furnished and fully-functional. However, they also have the option to build into it accordingly. They can either follow the floor plan, or they can start from scratch (layout the place, do the interior--basically completely personalizing their space).

This doesn’t come free, however, as the tenants who wish to remodel their unit will have to pay a certain one-time fee--not too expensive, though the price depends on what kind of room they are renting.
