Welcome to Matruvandna by Ajit Patel
In this 21st century, have we forgotten the one who gave us birth? Have we distanced ourselves from our mother? Are we giving troubles to our mother?
If the answer is yes, we do not respect the one who brought us to this world. If the answer is no, then why is she unhappy?
“Your mother is not a commodity. She is a community in herself.” You can connect with her, talk to her, share your feelings with her, go out with her, be friends with her and do much more. We exist because of our mother. No matter how much modern we become, we still owe everything to our mother.
Welcome to Matruvandna, an initiative by Ajit Patel (from Aslali) to keep you connected with your mother, We perform live shows depicting the bonding between mother and child and family values. Matruvandna is dedicated to all mother’s in the world.
Why Matruvandna? Everything created by God is adorable but Mother is the foremost among them all. Matruvandna is derived from Gujarati words: “Matru” meaning mother and “Vandna” meaning “salutation”. Matruvandna means salutation to Mother. Even God had to take birth from the womb of a mother. No body in this world is bigger and better than our mother.
Matruvandna is an initiative so that no mother in this world remains unhappy.
“A mother is one who can take the place of anyone but whose place no one can take.”
