Yesterday BJJ lesson @ Academia de Jiu Jitsu
Yesterday i had my first BJJ lesson @ Academia de Jiu Jitsu. I had a great training!! The techniques were well explained and the whole atmosphere was great. Christoph Schadek, who is a BJJ brown belt under Fabio Gurgel, knows how to pick up a beginner slowly that he doesn't get overburdened. Can't wait till friday for nogi BJJ lesson.
