ACTs & Anxiety

I've been so focused on my mental illness I haven't practiced... It makes me wish I didn't procrastinate when I wasn't so bad. I'm trying to stay relaxed. I feel like I'm not ready at all. I'm trying to stay positive so I won't fuck up even more. All I can do now is try to relax, eat, and sleep. Oh and pray I don't have a panic attack during the test. Any advice fellow followers?
