“HER HEART! HER BEATING HEART! AKANE-CHAN IS TOO MUCH!”

With a groan, the musician spun around and PRETENDED to fall to the floor, a hand over her heart. “Too many bullets of BEAUTY!”

Just about as she was to hit the floor, she pulled herself back up, grin INFECTIOUS as she glanced at her classmate. 

“Did Akane-chan do all of her outfit herself?”

A pout of boredom and exhaustion rested over Owari's face as she simply took it upon herself to collapse on the other's lap while he sat. Face pressed against his legs not wishing to even get up. "....just kill m' where I lay. Put m' t' rest." Work certainly was exhausting for the brunette today.

Inspecting the fellow brunette as she walked in Terra could tell by the drained look on her face that she was wiped, funny to say for Akane of all people. Usually the girl seemed to have more energy than anyone else; even him in most cases. 

A small laugh left the male as she laid across him, maybe she was being a little over dramatic. Though it was alright, Terra couldn’t blame them for ever being tired.

“Rough day I see, wanna talk about it?”

He spoke with a small chuckle in his voice, so she was being very dramatic yes. That wouldn’t stop him from asking or giving gentle pats on her head.

"Hey, Kimura-chan? I gotta ask" she leaned in closer, a rather serious stare did she give the other woman. The question she was about to ask, of utmost importance. "Do ya think that 'Kura-san's hot?"

“O-oh! O-Owari-san! What is i-it…?” the pharmacist could not help but ponder as to what her underclassman had needed, but given how serious she seemed it had to have been something much more dire. It wasn’t often that the usually optimistic girl wore such a heavy expression. In fact it downright made Seiko absolutely nervous. She had hoped nothing terrible was afflicting her or any of her classmates. Eventually the tension was not only cut, but turned completely on its head as the question that came forth was one that not only caught her off guard.

“Wh-what …!?  Sa-Sakakura-kun… th-this is .. I mean… wh-what?! I-I mean… y-yes…? H-he’s a ve-very handsome indiv-vidual. Wh-why ask m-me of all people!?"

“Hey Akane-chan, do you believe in guardian angels?” The question was abrupt and seemingly out of nowhere as Asahina gazed out into the sapphire sunset. It was one of those times again where she couldn’t help but think of friends and family that have passed on. She recalls those short days back in Hope’s Peak where she was able to reclaim her friendships with those she had forgotten once already. Two people come into mind the most, her closest friend, the late Sakura Oogami, and her late brother, Yuta.

 “They say that guardian angels are assigned certain people to protect as decreed by God. Some people in faith debate over whether or not these angels are people you know or just strangers doing a random act of kindness from beyond. I personally believe it’s the former.”

She sways her legs back and forth in the ocean water as she sits on the piers at Jabberwock Island, the ocean breeze swaying in the Asahina’s roasted chestnut hair, the waves rippling in orange and blue at her feet. She couldn’t tell if she was feeling melancholy or just nostalgic. Regardless, her downcast smile had a solemn air to it.
