She shook her head and sighed "You are so confusing Kiriha, Also not really a confession i've said it before even if you weren't around to hear it~ " She shrugged a little a small smile on her face. "I don't think i'm too good for him...I just like too look out for him". "America huh? you are lucky i've always wanted to go there! what made you come back here? couldn't stay away from us" She giggled for a second and then stopped."Joking of course"
Kiriha lifted an eyebrow at her. “Oh? Is that so? Good for you,” smirking, he added, “And I’ll assume that he actually got the hint? Knowing Taiki…”
He shook his head a little. “You say that, but haven’t you already realized just how far you’re willing to go for him? It’s commendable.”
“Heh, well I guess you could say that,” he responded, “America’s great and all but in the end I supposed Japan really is the place for me. With everything that’s happened here, and everyone I’ve met… and I get to see my parents here as well.” Their graves, he thought, but there was no need to mention that little tidbit.
"Saved me the trouble? what do you mean by that". She shrugged a little "He's my best friend, always has been and i love him i could never just give up on him, besides i'm afraid that if i left he would hit his head and fall into a coma due to over exhaustion" she smiled a nodded "What have you been doing while you were away anyway?"
“No need to concern yourself about it,” he stated simply.
At her statement, a wide smirk grew on his lips.
“Was that a confession I heard there?” He raised an eyebrow teasingly. “Heh, still as honest as ever, aren’t you.”
“…Not saying it’s a bad thing though.” His expression then relaxed somewhat. “But I was right, you’re too good for him.”
He paused as Akari asked him her second question, then shrugged. “I’ve been places, mostly in America. Studying abroad, traveling here and there…” It might be a little complicated to try to explain to her why he’d return to Japan, but he could deal with it.
