So basically say I get purple tier Regina set (because budget) then I can put on hateful and DP on my Regina and use the quality coupons and the enchantment coupon on it? And I don't need to put any enchantments on Regina unless I choose rounded and illusion? (And master for the top?) I actually got a Regina staff blue tier and I might use that till I get my hands on a purple tier. How much is the purple tier Regina staff clean? Just out of curiosity.

Purple Tier Regina set is pretty good. You should be alright with that. 

Be careful with your weapon though. There’s a lot of confusion with what resets when you swap the main piece (Regina’s Feather: Weapon) and I guess that goes for armor as well. To be safe, I wouldn’t use your coupons until you’ve gotten at least an orange tier weapon.

(In terms of resetting stats, you can always demo a blue tier and upgrade to purple, and see what happens. I haven’t fooled around with the Replacement system yet to know.) 

As for the price of purple tier Regina staff clean? Not sure. I’m terrible with prices, and the prices of everything right now are all over the board since no one really knows how much things should be going for just yet.

Hi Sanitee! Okay, I made this thread in question for what to do for s3, and I found your Regina set. Aside from looking very pretty on the battlefield, does it give a lot of defense? And what tier did you get it at? What about int? And does Regina staff make a difference if you say, put those quality coupons and slap on DP/-insert Bloodlust etc- on a +8 Heremon? (This is from the thread) Also I would like suggestions on what to use for a new inner and hair, I have two inner coupons to burn.

Level 90 orange tier sets do provide a lot of DEF and INT, way more than clean full Level 80 sets (even with minimum rolls). Since Season 3 dropped the whole Evie/Arisha specific sets getting DEF is a lot easier to gain since we share the same sets as Fiona/Vella and etc.

As for the staff questions, I highly recommend using the item comparison tool. With that said, the Regina Staff has pretty awesome base stats (that is if you’re lucky).

And honestly, I have no idea what inner and hair you should use it on. :P There’s still hair we haven’t received yet from Japan, and you might be interested in saving them until then. It’s all about what you think is pretty. :) If you already have an inner, you could always consider getting a plain one that’ll match every armor. :)
