... Yea it’s gotta be this one. Just, drop/stop whatever he’s doing & wait for her to say she was joking/misspoke/means it platonically because anything else wouldn’t make sense to him.

♡: how does my muse act, consciously and/or subconsciously, around people they are romantically interested in? - for Akhutai

For Akhutai, he mellows up rather a lot and becomes very gentle; but only really in private, which would be the other thing- He’s more prone to actively seek alone-time with anyone he favours romantically. There’s more things he’ll tolerate, where under normal circumstances it might trigger adverse or avoidant reactions. He might open up, as well. 

However I should stress that just because some of this might happen, it might not reflect genuine romantic/crush or falling-in-love-with feelings, as he has a huge problem defining those for himself and acknowledging their presence in his life. Additionally, he’s a very self-serving individual and some things he does simply because he knows it’ll get him something he wants.

Yes, absolutely. Fortunately he’s in Eorzea, so it’s a little hard for him to run at certain people full of anger- which would just get him killed really.

Since we did Thal in the past, three names for Akhutai: Oak, Hotsu, and Milo 8D

Seduce: Hotsu, because apparently someone has a thing for Raen’s I guess, talk about unexpected character development right there.  Share A Drink With: Milo, also there would be bullying. Hit With A Frying Pan: Oak because that would be a hilarious fight

What kind of loyalties, commitments, moral codes, life philosophies, passions, callings, or spirituality and faith do they have? How do these tend to be expressed? for Thal and 24. How do they present themselves socially? What distinguishes their “persona” from their “true self”, and what causes that difference? for Maril!

22. How do people respond to them, and why might these responses differ?- Akhutai has a tendency to deter people because of his looks and his attitude. However it differs greatly depending on the individuals exposure to Xaela; and needless to say, he experiences none to very little of it from his own kind. 14. What do they care deeply about? What kind of loyalties, commitments, moral codes, life philosophies, passions, callings, spirituality or faith do they have? How do these tend to be expressed? - Thala’to; -- Is loyal to a fault if you get under his skin in the right way. This isn’t automatically attained simply through love, but needs something more. He will go past his own moral code to maintain the loyalty at this point.  -- Grey moral code; he doesn’t believe in the law, but is not involved in crime beyond the occasional petty thievery. -- Lives one day at a time -- Most of what he does springs from a version of passion. -- Does not believe he has a calling, isn’t spiritual and does not keep faith. 24. How do they present themselves socially? What distinguishes their “persona” from their true self, and what causes that difference? - As a healer, Maril pays extra attention to how she carries herself in public. She puts great efforts towards coming across warmly, confidently and with a sense of calm or soothing. Of course different situations demand different things, and she has a whole other mask when she has to deal with other healers on a professional level. Her true self mostly shines through when she is doing things that she ought not to be doing; and towards those who know her well, may see more of the deeper rooted insecurities that she carries with her and empowers an unquenchable thirst for answers about everything. To a lesser degree, in recent time, she has played up the perception of naivety and innocence to keep people away from her personal life.
