Hi there! saw your kagero cosplay stuffs & its really helping me with her outfit! Im thinkin on cosplaying her for my comicon in my country, may i ask, how do you make that ya know that curve on the chest for boobs for the top & can i use your base??

As for how to get the boob curve: darts! When it comes to Kagero’s outfit, darts are your friends! Typical kimono construction does not allow for the form fitted outfit she has, so the closest way to get to her look, I’ve found, is using darts to allow the bodice to fit properly!
Unfortunately, my base isn’t really usable for anyone unless you have my exact proportions. My great aunt actually custom made for me a pattern for Corrin/Kamui, and I simply found I could use the same base for Kagero. I know little of how to resize patterns properly, and I know I also did a lot of editing on the fly from the pattern. Sorry!
However, while I can’t upload the pattern, I can at least show you what it looks like so hopefully it can help you make your own! I can’t do it right now in this ask, but check my blog in a few days and I should have pictures of the base pattern uploaded!
