Can you expand on the idea of Yuu/Y/n breast reduction surgery please? It sounds hilarious.

This hurts.

She laid there miserably face down on the bed. Soreness throbbing from her dam back as two hands rubbed it. "I hate this...Why did I have to get stuck with them?"

"It's not too bad." The other female monster tried to comfort her and help her with the sore muscles on her back. "Everyone's bodies are different, especially if you're one of us."

"You don't have two bowling balls trying to constantly choke out your spinal cord!", she snapped turning to glare at the other woman, "Ever try dancing with your back constantly hurting? Or you find this really cute shirt you like but you can't wear it because it's too tight around your chest? THE STARES, COLUMBINA!! THE STARES I ALWAYS GET!!"

"Ok, ok!" She held up her hands to her. "I get the picture."

She groaned flopping face first back down on the bed. "This. SUCKS!"

"Well....Look on the bright side!" Columbina smiled trying to stay positive. "You can always get advil from Doctor! He always carries some in case Bil gets stress migraines..Which happens a lot now that I think about it."

Oh, yeah. Sure. Pain killers. It'll help get rid of the pain, but it won't DO anything to actually get rid of the source of the problem!!...Wait a fucking minute-

Her head perked back up. "Doctor..."

"Yep! Advil, aspirin, tylenol- Whichever one you prefer."

"That's actually not a bad idea. I'll pay him a visit tonight."

And pay him a visit she did. She only hoped the resident plague doctor was alone tonight and wasn't with Harlequin. ANY mention of boobs around Harlequin would quickly turn into something sexual even if it was as something as casual as the two girls discussing how pretty some bikinis in a fashion magazine was. Then she'd NEVER get what she wanted. However luck seemed to shine on her tonight. No one was there to stop here on her way over other than Bil who seemed to be counting the prizes at the game booths seeing what needed to be replaced, but he paid no attention to the woman stalking her way over to the cyan tent. She opened the flap enough to poke her head inside looking around and finding the tallest monster bent over something and a bone saw in his hands. A sawing sound was coming from inside making her gulp a lil bit. Maybe this was a bad time-

"Uh.." He paused immediately. "Hi, Doc. Whatcha up to?"

"Hm?" He turned immediately blue lenses glowing in the dark and saw gleaming in the limited light. "AH! Hello, Sweetie! I was just repairing my saw after Harlequin borrowed it."

"Borrowed it?"

He nodded. "He pretended to saw Columbina in half during an act today...He also borrowed my blood supply without asking."

"OH! That's why they both had blood stains all over them." And why Bil was throwing a fit at Jester over how to 'remove stains'. "Hey. Do you have a second? I wanted to talk to you about something."

"By all means. I'm only repairing my saw." He turned back around and the sawing sounds continued as he went back to sharpening it. "What can I do for you?"

He pulled her head out to carefully look around real quick. The coast was clear! She then ducked inside and took a large inhale...before slowly releasing it out. It's alright. She could do this.

"So Columbina was telling me you had all kinds of medical stuff. So I was wondering-..." She shuffled in place nervous with the sharpening metal sounds going on. "Do you know how to do surgeries?"

"Of course I can! Who do you think sewed Harlequin back up when he impaled a butcher's knife through his arm when Pierrot let him try cutting a turkey?"....Yuu opened her mouth. "Do not ask me how he managed to do that. It's still a mystery I haven't figured out myself."

She was not going to ask how he managed to fumble cutting a turkey. But this was great! "Well that's good. Because....I was actually going to let you do a surgery on me."

IMMEDIATELY he stopped snapping around to her so fast she jumped. "Really!? Why didn't you say you were volunteering?" The bone saw was placed down immediately. "Harlequin is the only one who really does and it's never for surgeries-"

"Wait, wait, wait! Before you do anything!" She held her hands up to him loudly speaking before he could actually do anything. "I'm only volunteering for ONE and it's one that I want! I don't even know if you can do it."

He hummed confused..but also definitely intrigued. "What did you have in mind?"

"Can you do breast reduction surgery?"

"Of course I can. ..You want me to remove your breasts?"

"Not remove. Reduce." She pointed at her chest. "They're dam triple ds, Doctor. It's killing my back! I feel like I got two bowling balls on there. Can you make them into like a B or C cup at least?"

He stood there quietly a moment and for a second she was afraid he'd say no. Instead he hummed. A glove came up to rub his chin and he stared at her chest, not in a lustful way but that calculating way he always seemed to look at things. Then after a moment his held up a finger.

"Remove your shirt please so I can take measurements and weight."

BEST. DOCTOR. EVER.

She gladly removed the oversized pajama shirt exposing her bare breasts to Doctor as he left briefly to fiddle around in a kit before pulling out an honest to gods measuring tape.

"Let's see now. It's about-.." He hummed wrapping it around one breast humming at the numbers, before doing the same to the other and then measuring each breast from the nipple to the beginning of where it started from her chest. "My..that is a bit of weight for a woman to carry on her front isn't it?" He mumbled to himself weighing each one in his hands. Not fondling them, but weighing them in his hands the same way you'd do a watermelon at the grocery store.

"That's exactly my point!" He slowly pulled away holding his chin again. "Well? What's the verdict? Can you do it?"

"Of course I can....But I think it's safer if we went with a C cup or maybe just a plain D cup instead. Taking too much off could be risky so I would rather play it safe when you're under my knife."

"I will GLADLY do that just do get some of this dam weight off! How soon can we do this!?"

He chuckled. "I admire your enthusiasm! I'm also looking forward to this! Come back first thing Wednesday night when the crowds leave! I'll have everything ready by then!"

Today was Monday! So it was only a day away! YES!! FINALLY!! SWEET RELIEF!! She gave Doc probably the biggest hug of his life before skipping on back to bed with a smile on her face Columbina noticed immediately.

"Look at you! See? Feeling better already I bet!"

"You said it! I'm much better now! Doc took care of everything." Or he will.

At least that was the plan. Tuesday came and went. She was happy and chipper. Everyone could see it. It was a little strange but they mostly chalked it up to Doctor giving her some really good pain killers for now. Until Wednesday...

"Thank you, Pierrot! These are just what I needed." Doctor happily took the extra rolls of bandages from Pierrot. "These will work wonderfully."

Pierrot was still confused however. Doctor wasn't low on bandages and he hadn't asked Bil for some money to replace them, so Pierrot was surprised when Doctor caught him on his way out in disguise on a regular grocery run and asked him to pick up about six large sets of gauze and bandages. Pierrot didn't question it at the time assuming someone got hurt or an experiment went wrong, but nope. It was just Doctor setting out a stretcher with a clean all white cloth on top of it, sterilizing some instruments, and looking at a vile filled with something flicking it a few times when Pierrot walked in with his order. It seemed he was preparing for surgery...or more likely one of his experiments. But then..where was his 'specimen'?

"What are they for?" He was curious naturally.

"Oh! They're just in case I need them. Better safe than sorry with this patient." He turned and walked over setting the box nearby to the side of the operating table humming before turning to a portable radio that played CDs. A single finger rang across them before stopping on one and pulling it out. "I'll listen to this one while removing the tissues. I haven't tried this 'Drowning Pool' band, but I did listen to one of their songs on the radio once. 'Let The Bodies Hit The Floor' is amusing."

Bells chimed as Pierrot tilted his head. Was Doctor providing a service to one of their 'black tent vips'? Wouldn't be the first time he offered medical assistance to them.

"I see...Who's your patient?"

"Yuu is." He casually said oblivious to the sudden shock and horror on Pierrot's face.

"My lady!?" He grasped his ruffled collar. "What's happened to her?!" Did she get hurt during a performance!? Did a human attack her!? Another monster!? Did she eat Harlequin's cooking!?

"Nothing yet. She came to me Monday and wanted breast reduction surgery."

.......Pierrot slowly blinked. "What?"

"Breast reduction surgery," he repeated getting some bags of Yuu's blood type ready just in case. "It's a surgery women get when they want to reduce the size of their breasts. Thus it is called breast reduction surgery. To think she's allowing me to do another medical process on her. I think she has forgiven me for the first one, Pierrot...." Doctor looked behind him. "Pierrot?"

The other monster was already long gone.

Yuu was casually finishing tying her hair back from her face as she was exiting the tent. Just had a bath and was on her way to visit Doctor. He said he could have it done before the next morning which sounded good to her! Since monsters tended to heal up REAL quickly, Yuu would most likely be all healed with her new lighter breasts within a week he estimated.

One problem though.

She bumped into something red as soon as she exited the door. Blinking she looked up and saw Pierrot. "Oh. Hey, Pierrot! If this is about dinner, I'm not hungry tonight so I'm skipping-" She jumped when two hands grabbed her shoulders.

"My lady." He looked like a kicked puppy with that sad face. "Why do you feel the need to change your body? Did I do something to make you feel bad?"

....Oh just fucking great. She sighed pushing his hands off her. "No, Pierrot. It's nothing you or anyone else did. I just want to walk around without my back being sore every day including today. Now if you excuse me-" She side stepped around him.

AAAAAnd he followed her. "Y-You don't have to get rid of them! You're beautiful just the way you are!"

"Pierrot, I'm not getting rid of my tits. I'm just making them smaller. So I wear shirts easier and not have to worry about turning around and smacking Bil in the face with them again."

That was an awkward day. Bil called her name standing next to her, she turned startled, and walloped the smaller monster with her breasts sending him to the ground. It was SO embarrassing! Like a stupid slap stick out of one of those weird animes with the girls who had tits WAY too big that somehow defied the laws of physics.

"OH MY GOD!! Is he ok!? BIL!!" She leaned over the monster who said nothing. Just laid flat on his back as he stared at the ceiling. "BIL!? I'm so sorry! I didn't know you were right next to me I swear! ....B-Bil?" She waved a hand at him. "Oh my god. I killed him!"

Harlequin stared for a moment before he completely busted out laughing hysterically. She shot him a glare as he laughed so hard he doubled over and had to grab a crate wheezing as he held his stomach.

"THIS ISN'T FUNNY, HARLEQUIN!"

"H-He's not-...*GGGAAAASP* D-Dead!," he choked out between laughs.

"OH MY GOD!! His nose is bleeding! Did I break it?"

THAT only made Harlequin laugh harder and lean against the crate more. "T-T-....Tit attack-"

A good wallop was given to his ass that sent him sprawled face first into the ground, but he still laughed face down in the dirt.

Yeah. She was NOT going to live through THAT again!

She took four more steps until a loud thud noise went off and she suddenly couldn't move anymore. A look down revealed Pierrot wrapped around her right leg. "What the hell, Pierrot?!"

"P-Please! Please, My Lady! Reconsider! You look so beautiful how you are now!"

"Oh for fuck's sake. It's my body my choice! I am going to Doctor's tent and getting that surgery even if I have to drag you along for the ride!" And that's exactly what she did.

Dragging Pierrot's body behind her as he clung to her leg on her way to the cyan tent all the while he kept pleading. "Please, My Lady! Please don't! Can't we speak about this? I promise I'll listen and do whatever you say!"

She walked slowly but with determination. That was until Harlequin rounded a corner of one of the tents, casually walking and eating a granola bar from the kitchen. Guess someone wanted a snack. However the green eyed monster paused mid-chew when he saw the scene before him..slowly blinked. Then quickly swallowed what was in his mouth before smiling amused. Grrrreeeeeaaaattt. Just great. Just what she needed. Someone trying to stop her, and someone who'll make fun of her once he hears the word 'breast'.

"Well, well. Guess someone made a certain someone else mad?~" He cheekily chastised before shoving the rest of the granola in his mouth and wiping his hands together.

She said nothing as they slowly passed them. Harlequin finished eating slowly crossing his arms amused to Pierrot's various pleads. Just laugh and then go away! It would be easier if Harlequin just believed they had a fight over something and went away laughing to himself.

"Sooo what did he do this time?"

Great. He was done eating already. Yuu still didn't look at him getting angry now. "He's trying to stop me from seeing Doctor!" Knowing Harlequin he wouldn't leave her alone unless he got the answer.

"Tch. Really? Is he that jealous over not getting your attention? How clingy can you get?"

"VERY!! Now if you don't mind-"

"Harlequin, help me! She's-"

Yuu stopped and snapped at Pierrot so fast the monster froze when she growled at him pointing a claw. "Say one dam word about it and I swear to all things holy, Pierrot, when we eventually die I'll drag you through reincarnation and make you a woman with the same dam situation I'm in and see how YOU like it!"

Silence...Pierrot whimpered and gripped her leg tighter smooshing his cheek against her. "But-"

"Asses are for sitting on! YOU!!" She snapped at Harlequin who opened his mouth with a raised brow. "Shut your mouth! Don't even ask! It's none of your business! This is between me and Doctor! So buzz off!"

Harlequin blinked taken aback by her sudden aggressive behavior before she turned around and began forcibly grabbing Pierrot again. "...What did I do?"

"NOTHING YET!! So I'm stopping it before you can start!"

Harlequin blinked genuinely confused. "...Start on what? I'm insulted you would think I would start anything." Her eye twitched annoyed. "I don't even know what you're talking about. If I knew it was this serious-"

"Oh for crying out loud!" She snapped back to him. "Surgery, Harlequin! I'm getting tit surgery! To make these-" She grabbed her breasts. "-smaller!! Alright!? Golf ball sized if I have it my way!"

Harlequin blinked once. Stared at her with a blank face as her angry rank echoed everywhere. Then she turned and began walking back to the cyan tent. He stood there for a solid moment doing nothing before blinking again. He held his hands up to his own chest measuring....then drew them down smaller to the small ball shapes with increasing horror.

"Sweet thing! C'mon! You don't really want to do this! Think logically! Big breasts on female monsters is a sign of fertility and dominance!"

Yuu felt her glare reach new heights when she dragged two weights on her legs now towards Doctor's tent. Harlequin was clutching her other leg on her way to the tent and joining them both was Columbina who had overheard her yelling at Harlequin and was pulling back on Yuu's tail to no avail.

"Please wait! We should talk this out calmly and rationally before you get a life changing surgery! Maybe there's different alternative we can try first before taking drastic measures!"

She was ALMOST THERE!! Just about twelve more yards and- Oh no! Bil was standing there with a clip board when he heard the mirage of voices and obviously looked up...And just stared watching the sight of Yuu struggling against them all, dragging Harlequin and Pierrot across the ground and Columbina scraping against the ground as her heels dug into the dirt.

Turns out determination and angry persistence was one hell of a strength booster.

Bil said nothing as he watched Yuu slowly get closer and closer to Doctor's tent with every step like a hero braving a storm, his head just slowly following them before he slowly started towards them. Oh great. Just what she needed. A fourth monster-...Hey. Bil's always been one of the two rational ones. And Columbina at least always listens to him, so maybe he can actually help her.

"*sigh* Do I even want to know what trouble you four are getting into this time?" He asked tiredly stopping just a few feet away already looking annoyed.

"Yes! Can you please tell them to get OFF me!?," Yuu snapped at him still walking to Doctor's tent. So close! Don't stop now! "I have an appointment with Doc! And I will not miss it!"

"Appointment?"

"She wants to turn her tits to the size of golf balls!", Harlequin yelled before Yuu could even answer which made her glare in wrath at the green goblin. That's it! His ass was grass and she was going to mow it later!

Bil stiffened up a moment before frowning and looking at her in concern. "Yuu, is this true?"

"UGH!! I'm not going to turn them to the size of golf balls! I just want to have breast reduction surgery to tone it down a few cup sizes, so I don't have an aching back every single day! What's the big deal anyways!? Harlequin, swallows the weird shit Doc gives him all the dam time! So what's one little surgery?! ....Bil, tell them to let me go!"

Instead the blue top hat wearing monster slowly followed her. "Have you thought rationally about this decision?"

"YES!! EVER SINCE MONDAY!!"

"Only two days...I don't think that's long enough to make such a permanent choice. Why don't you give it at least a month?," he tried to calmly reason with her. Not him too! "You'll be able to try new angles...Maybe we can add a custom mechanic to your costume to take pressure off your chest area? I'm sure Doctor can engineer something."

"I'll hold them for you to take the pressure off if that's what you want!"

"We can try making you different push up bras?"

"We can try anything else! Please, My Lady! At least give us a chance to figure this out!"

Doctor was already looking in confusion at the five LOUD voices arguing outside his tent when it was suddenly yanked open and Yuu started making her way towards him sweating with the force used now. Doctor tilted his head confused.

"What's gotten into everyone?"

"You can't make them into golf balls! That's a crime against everything sexy, Doc!," Harlequin shot him a look.

"I beg pardon? There's no scientific way to turn living tissue into hard plastic like a golf ball."

"Please, Doctor! Talk sense into her!", Pierrot pleaded with puppy eyes. "Tell her there's other solutions to large breasts! She doesn't need a breast surgery!"

"Actually we were discussing a hip reduction surgery too."

"NOT HER ASS!! ANYTHING BUT HER HIPS AND BREASTS! WHY DON'T YOU LET HIM TAKE YOUR HORNS INSTEAD!?"

"Will you four knock it off!?" She glared at everyone. "I'm not getting rid of them. I just want them to be smaller so I'm more comfortable! Why isn't any of this not getting through your heads?" She hissed out dragging her hands down her face. "You all are acting like he's removing my heart instead of just taking some useless tissue off. They're still going to be there when he's done. Just a fucking C cup sized pair!!"

FWAP!!

The cyan curtain opened again. A long shadow fell over them all. Purple eyes glowed on a thin lipped face and everyone immediately stopped to stare at Jester who stood there in the opening.

"What exactly is all the fighting over?", he asked slowly with narrowed eyes. "I could hear all six of you arguing all the way in the campers."

"They won't let me go! I need this surgery from Doctor!"

His brow rose immediately. Slowly he looked at the two clinging to her legs...then at Columbina who still had her tail in her hands..then to Bil who froze mid way in grabbing Yuu's hand..Then to Doctor and the surgically ready station behind him..Then back to Yuu calmly. The curtain closed behind him as he stepped inside and crossed his arms.

"What kind of surgery are you talking about?"

"Breast reduction!" His brows rose higher- "Jester. My bad hurts. Every day. I'm tired of constantly needing pain killers and massages just to get rid of the pain. And feeling constantly sore. And not being able to wear anything I like unless Columbina modifies it, which makes it always looks different. What if one of your arms was so large and swollen it weighed down half your body every day and made it sore all the time? Wouldn't you want Doctor to try and make it smaller too?"

Jester looked at Doctor, then back to her and the misery in those eyes. "....Everyone out and to my tent now. We're holding a meeting to discuss this issue calmly."
