WHY IS MY LOWER BODY STRENGTH DIFFERENT FROM MY UPPER BODY STRENGTH???
My first time at the gym was the 1st week of January. I couldn't even squat the bar. Or even hip thrust it. My leg extensions were at 10-15 kg. But now on the 1st week of February? I'm squatting 40kg. Hip thrusts at 50kg. Leg extensions at 50kg.
BUT MY UPPER BODY–
I started with a 5kg lat pull down. Now, it's at 15kg. The same goes for my other workouts. There's progress but the difference is ASTRONOMICAL.
