It was a long and difficult road but the end product has been amazing! It feels so rewarding to call each and every one of you my brothers! Thank you for all your hard work and I'm looking forward to another great year with all of you!

The next two colony meetings are MANDATORY. We will be taking our Mock Exam this Sunday and our Fraternal Exam is on April 22nd. It is imperative that everyone shows up to the next two meetings as we have a lot of things to discuss! Also, if you signed up for the Relay for Life team, I have your t-shirts. I will be bringing them to the meeting so don't forget to come see me!!

So far have fundraised $115 with about 7 people that have not turned in money yet

We contacted Alyssa Brayboy, Jo Stevenson, Chris Cook, Jordan Canankamp, Chris Cook, D’Jaun Wigfall, and Nick Petrilla about the $10 fundraising from earlier.

Bylaws & Judicial Meeting Minutes
o Members Present: Jordan, Hana, Chris, and D’Juan
o Created a new section to be approved as an addition to the bylaws regarding the excused absence policy discussed 3/22/12
§ Article VII, Section 6: An executive officer shall be notified at least 24 hours in advance and approve any absences to be excused. In the case of an emergency the executive officers will vote on the validity of the emergency.
§ Recognized the amendment to the bylaws may change through discussion at the colony meeting before voting is conducted.
