Hey i am just dropping by to tell you about your fic ransomed prince i just discovered and i CANT!!! i am only at chapter 6 so there is still quite a way to go but your characters are so on point and it's a delight to read and you write it SO WELL despite the heavy topics haaa now that I got this off my chest I actually have a question: I saw you started posting it back in 2018 and you recently updated it.. how frequent are they going to be? (( I rly dont wanna stress you take all that time^^)))

Ahhh thank you so much, you’re so sweet and I’m so glad you’re enjoying it!! I’m afraid I don’t update on any particular schedule. Usually my goal with Ransomed Prince is a hefty chapter once a month, but I know there’s not going to be one for July because I have a separate writing goal for July (finish the first draft of a sequel to my novel Ice & Smoke). So, don’t expect a new chapter until August. But I will finish eventually, never fear! I’ve worked on fics for longer than this before, lol.

kajdflk i think i reblogged that post initially a year or so ago (gODS how have i accomplished so little in that time?) and i haven’t been able to get it out of my head. just the idea of some photoshoot and laurent is posed all trussed up in bindings that could be broken with an easy tug, but the display of it is intoxicating and damen comes by to bring him something or to get something or just because and he doesn’t say anything, but laurent sees his eyes darken, sees the way they stray at the delicate bones of his wrists encased in gold, and laurent knows in that moment that those will be his treasured item from this photoshoot
