He meditates! Clearing of ones mind is very helpful for powerful psychics, especially to those with a dream matter overflows! and as someone who used to meditate for school stuff, it does help with getting you to sleep. I kept falling asleep during class [it was a yoga class I GOT MY BACK FUCKED UP IN]

7. What triggers nostalgia for them, most often? Do they enjoy that feeling?

Hmm, for Mapolor it's watching knights spar in the sparring grounds. His mother and father were both knights [Landalor a queen as well, obviously], and would spar in front of their children to spark a the want to follow in their pawsteps. He never did, he's too cowardly, but he holds a lot of respect for them. He wishes Bastalor followed the knights path rather than the mages
