New rendering style: too lazy to put in effort but still tried to make it look presentable

just a short one for our chalk prince :) i was supposed to write something about albedo cooking and him getting flustered (just like that one scene of him smiling softly) but i... yeah.

it was rare to see the alchemist wandering around the town square so early in the morning. usually, if someone asked where albedo was, you would've waved them off and say he spent another night in dragonspine. so it was safe to say it left blanche, as well as sara from across the street, flustered as albedo hovered by the general goods shop dressed in casual clothing.

it was a rare sight indeed. they were definitely used to seeing you picking up the daily needs from the shop. blanche stumbled on her words as albedo stood idle.

archons, aren't you just lucky?

"is this what they usually grab from the pile?" albedo asked, his eyes squinting at the basket as if counting the grapes from its stem. blanche nodded, giving him a flushed smile, handing him a couple more fruits to add to his basket.

"that should be all," albedo glanced to the alchemy table beside the shop, it was still empty. no doubt sucrose and timaeus are both still asleep. "they're a usual, we practically have their list memorized."

albedo hummed, raising an eyebrow at the shelf of flowers they had displayed.

"may i ask why they're not the one grabbing this time?" blanche followed his gaze, "not to offend you, of course. just curious."

albedo appeared unfazed, inching towards the flower shelf. he placed a hand under his chin.

"how much for the cecilia?" blanche beamed, stating a price. silence occupied for a few seconds before albedo reached for mora.

"a bouquet."

isn't that sweet?

albedo left blanche's question unanswered as he sauntered his way back home - to where you were still asleep. he held the bouquet tightly in his hand and the basket on the other. there was a small smile that lingered on his face as his mind worked ideas on what to surprise you with this morning.

no special occasion - perhaps albedo felt like making this day special just for you.

oh, you were definitely hearing it from blanche and sara tomorrow.

I love your Albedo fanfics!! I feel like a lot of people mis-characterize him in fanfiction but your characterization is great!!! I love going back and reading through all your works with him every few months

Aw, that's so nice of you to say! When I was first writing to him I had the honor of picking a huge albedo fans brain so that helped, plus, he's always felt really reserved to me, a little confused in the way of people but not tasks, ya know?

I can't help but imagine that he's just as sweet with his favorite person as he is with klee. And he'd *burn cities* for that little girl sooooo, ya know lol
