The spice "PIMENT DOUX BASQUE" by Albert Menes was bought in Paris last October and I often use it both for meat and fish. It smells mild and swweet. Today the chicken is seasoned with it and grilled in the oven. The chicken on rice is for me, and the grilled chicken sandwich and cheese omelette & Prosciutto sandiwich for my daughter.
