I Hate My Generation...
I am so disappointed in my generation. I look around and see what are about to be 10th graders, but all I really see are an illiterate bunch of hypocrites. One minute I see a girl butchering the English language while she complains about her oh so horrible life and the next I see some redneck harassing someone because of they are different. What happened to understanding? What about equality? Trust? Love? Dignity? Does anything really matter to people anymore besides who got the latest iPhone? I am ashamed to call myself a part of the graduating class of 2016, because I have never seen such a large group of delinquents in my life. Sure, there are many, many people I know that still have a grasp on the fundamentals of life, but probably over half my graduating class are going to turn out on 16 And Pregnant, Teen Mom, Beyond Scared Straight, or just end up in prison or on the street. Life isn't all about who has what, who dates who, who slept with who, who did what, etc. Trust me, the list goes on. I just want to see people who won't screw up their lives. I want to see people succeed. I don't want to see someone get bullied or harassed for who they are. For all of my religious friends and family out there, God loves all of his children no matter if they are: -Man -Woman -Hermaphrodite -Transgender -Transsexual -White -Black -Brown -Yellow -Homosexual -Heterosexual -Bisexual -Pansexual -Nonsexual -Short -Tall -Fat -Skinny -Rich -Poor -Blonde -Brunette -Redhead -Black haired And once again, the list goes on, but I think you get my point.
