– bite me by renee rapp (at first listen i was like idk, but then this week something clicked and i had it playing NONSTOP...)
– who's the clown by audrey hobert (i knew abt this one bc i'm a huge fan of gracie abrams and, although audrey has written some songs with her, i didn't pay much attention to it when it came out; then, again, something snapped and i was asking myself WHY did I not listen to it before... also! ariana greenblatt posted something abt audrey's songs being gems and that was when i knew i had to give it a chance)
– ruby by jennie (i LOVE this album, i don't think i've spent more than two weeks without listening to it)
– imaginal disk by magdalena bay (AWESOMEEEEE i have no words just awesome)
– heaven or las vegas by cocteau twins (i LOVE it. AND i saw a video of that guy who asks people which genre they're most fond of and then plays them some songs to identify the artist, and there was this girl who said synth pop, which is a genre i also really, really enjoy, so i got really excited and said "well imma try and guess them too!!!"... then i got all cocteau twins wrong... 🧍♂️it's barely related but i wanted to talk about it)
