Stella created Daphne’s — a pub named after her late mother — two years ago. What initially seemed like a horrible mistake and investment turned out to be a pinnacle in her life. The frequent customers range from her friends to Ministry officials — though what remains as a constant is the welcoming and loving environment and damn good margaritas.
