It is a great resource for many people, but for me I end up spending more time looking at art than making art. It also gives me the sense of being an observer to other peoples lives as opposed to forming real, meaningful relationships. There are also some major privacy and ethical concerns with the Facebook/Meta brand in general. It’s a mixed bag and I know so many people depend on social media for their business.
