I'm so glad you're asking about my girl cuz the server has been closed for a while now and im still in the room im still in her head it's maddening.
Aldara was my character on the vampire corner, a smp with the vampire plugin (used on vampiresmp etc.), and I made her thinking I would just do a character very different from the usual moo cubito, and probs never have time to log on (usual for me as u know), and then I got obsessed with her like a dumbass. the server stories covered darker topics etc which is in my opinion kinda normal for a story that is vampire centric but this is your warning!
first here's some pics of her
She started the adventure being dropped off by her husband's coachmen in a forest in the middle of nowhere, with a letter. Aldara Ancherant, lady of Ancherant castle got married to her husband at 15, and has been his devoted wife and servant ever since. She's the eldest of a family of five, and with a mother who died shortly after giving birth to her youngest sibling, she has soon had to take over the role of caregiver for her family. Her father relied heavily on her for getting food on the table, and did almost nothing to help in any way shape or form to keep her and her siblings alive, so she has been working since she could remember. However, her father saw the great potential in her ethereal beauty, and as all he ever wanted was to ascend the ranks socially, to gain a title, he married her off to an older lord as soon as he could with the promise of a title and a hefty sum of gold. He did essentially sell teenage Aldara to Henry Ancherant, the local lord of their town. Aldara though, has gladly accepted this, as she knew that doing this would mean financial stability for her and her siblings and father, and that they would never have to hunger again if she accepted, convinced her father only ever had her best interests at heart (she wouldn't have had a choice anyway, but the illusion of one was given to her). Since then she has been known as Lady Aldara Ancherant and has never been anything else.
She had been sent to the eastern properties of her husband to try to manage them and make something of them that could be profitable to her husband, which is how she found herself in that forest. Being entrusted such an important task mattered a lot for her, and she was determined to make herself useful. That's all she has ever strived to be.
That's the rough backstory for you, there's obviously a lot more, and a lot more that is really important to her character, maybe ill make a pt 2 or something but for now i'll just talk a bit about what actually happened on the server!
So the first person she ever met was Ivan McCarthy, a truthfully stunning young man that was around her age and seemed just as scared and lost as she was (they found each other by hearing themselves talk, and she then turned a tree and BAM most stunning person she's ever seen right there after hours of despairing alone), and even though they met at not even 100m away from the old village they got lost for another hour walking around, walking through eery structures like a castle in ruins and a weirdly preserved gazebo with flowers growing around (which she instantly took a liking to). Both of them waited until they were quite literally starving before even thinking about resorting to killing an animal to eat, and were both appalled by this, aldara because as a lady she just couldn't fathom doing anything that barbaric. Then she saw how disgusted Ivan was of it too but still killed so she wouldn't have to get her hands dirty, how he retched and shook and couldn't look her in the eye. When they got hungry again, she was the one to kill, not wanting Ivan to feel this bad about himself again for her (ever again). His gentleness and care surprised her, and her attachment to him got instantly stronger. they shared a meal, raided an old boat and finally saw a lighthouse. Aldara had never swum before but seeing as it was starting to get dark and the fastest way to get to the lighthouse was by swimming (and emboldened by Ivan by her side) she thought well fuck i might as well, and jumped in. So that was a fun first too. She found out she really loves swimming that day, even though her dress got very heavy and uncomfy to walk in afterwards. They got to the village and met other people after, who all seemed to get lost or wandered in at the same time, suspiciously. i'm only describing the first few hours so detailed because it really sets the tone of her story on the server.
I can add the first pages of what will become her journal so you can see how she's thinking in that moment.
anyway i think i'll stop there for now but if you want to know more i'll gladly do a part 2 and if you have specific questions i'd be overjoyed to answer. A lot happened on the server which means i don't really know how to lore dump efficiently about her i'll be honest dfjgkdgjkgj maybe i could like. talk abt her past, talk about specific relationships, talk about her personal mental journey, what i would've wanted to do with her with more time etc i truly don't know but yea! she's my everything. my fuckin brain amoeba.

im literally biting my fist punching the walls thinking about her this post feels like it's not even scratching the surface but idk what you'd be interested in so i don't wanna do a supppeeeerr long answer haha. anyway im so alone dans mon délire frfr
thinking again about him using her own arguments against her and the small 'oooohhh i hate you' she said with the utmost fondness once she realised. Thinking of her smiling saying it, thinking of him & his smug grin
