I was going to write a reflection post on the passing of Carrie Fisher, but my emotions got to me too much yesterday. I remember that day when I heard the news debating if I wanted to go to Viva Las Vegas or Celebration...I just had revisited the Thrawn trilogy the night before...12/27/16 was one of those nights where I had to take a few deep breaths to reflect on how much how both a fictional character and an advocate for mental health had impacted me in my most turbulent years.
