I know this isn't what this paragraph was talking about, but I love whenever Alexander's bedroom is brought up in anything since when he grew up, not even his bedroom (a place that is supposed to belong to the person using it) was safe from Manannan, to the point where Alexander had to hide things under his bed from him. But now that he escaped, he can actually feel comfortable in his bedroom.

I'm so confused about Alexander and Cyril's ages. Alexander talks about Cyril as if he's so much younger than him, but Alexander shouldn't be that much older than 18 (from what I know about the original games, there isn't much of a gap between most of the later games - Alexander returns - Rosella immediately leaves to help Graham - Alexander leaves not that long later after Rosella's adventure to visit Cassima), and Cyril is 16.

Also, I know that the word breasting makes sense, but I can't help but think of "she breasted boobily to the stairs".

Why are flying castles such a ridiculous idea, give the experiences you went through? You were raised by evil wizard and have done magic yourself to escape him, you saved your sister from a dragon, but flying castles are what crosses the line from believable to impossible for you?

I haven't played any of the original games yet, but from what I know about them I have a feeling that if this was a video game, there would be a possible death here.
