manetch expands to Chile while growing the Berlin team as well
You might ask yourself: How will manetch be structured from July on when the team will be split up?
Sara: At the moment, manetch has three teams: The first team is the management and operations team which is led by co-founders Alexandra Hamann and me. Alex will be on maternity leave between July and December. She will be replaced by Operations Manager Janine Hein during that time. Janine and I will be based in Santiago de Chile and focus on marketing as well as product management for the platform and conference divisions. In addition, we will start working on a series A funding round and a comprehensive growth strategy for the Americas market. The conference sales team led by Sales Director Gordon Gottschalk and the platform development team led by Technical Director Simon Eichenauer will remain in Berlin. Both teams are currently in growth mode and looking for great talents.
