Five times Alex didn’t feel at home, and one time he does.

They’re in the studio, all pressed together like they can’t bear to part. Only hours ago did they play the Orpheum, finally getting to play on the stage of their dreams, and now… Now they’re home.

Home.

And the studio isn’t their studio. It isn’t the place they left behind, twenty-five years ago. It’s changed and been redecorated and it has new owners now. But their instruments are here and they’re here and Julie’s here.
