got an ottoman from ikea whose cover is impossible to put back on once taken off (despite it supposedly being possible to do so), to the point the zipper is now permanently stuck in a half-on/off position. had the thing less than a month so asked ikea for a replacement cover........and they instead sent me a whole-ass naked ottoman.

contacted them again because i just want a new cover!! the cover accounted for over half my attraction to this particular ottoman.

but they don’t sell/offer the covers separately, so they’re sending me a whole new ottoman with the cover

i’m going to have three ottomans and only one cover between them
