Day 5: A Parallel

Okay, "housewarming" right? Absolutely fantastic episide. I watched it yesterday and hooo boy did I have some thoughts

This is one of the episodes where we really get to see how much Alexis has grown. She's at a party, there's booze, and it's just generally the kind of scene Alexis of "before" would be all kinds of into and make it something way more than it was, like the games night in season 1.

Instead, we see her upset her usually serious, not wild boyfriend is acting pretty much like what we can assume her previous boyfriends were like, and she's responsible, rakes him home when he's getting a bit too much, and she doesn't want to be that crazy self she used to be.

David and Patrick, we see Patrick being vvvery jealous of Ted kissing David. I think this episode is a lead up to Rock On, where David tries to encourage Patrick to explore other options.

When Patrick admitted he was a little jealous of both David and Ted, David seemed almost a little hurt, which I believe could have lead to the thoughts that, maybe Patrick is upset he hasn't had an opportunity to explore his sexuality more, maybe he wants to go on a date with Ken.
