Hello Tumblr! I'm a 2D/3D computer graphics artist making vibrant procedural animations. I use Blender (hurray for free open source software! <3) and all of my art is made by my human self! You may see the term "generative" art, this refers to using visually interesting mathematics and algorithms to create art. I love math and programming, but I've always felt unproductive in the field because I cared more about what looks pretty and fascinating. Now I realize that math and programming can be beautiful without any purpose other than the act of creating and admiring!

A variation of Simonbrot, where I changed seed (z0 value) from 0 to 1.
This tiny change resulted in instantly recognizable cat profile. Or rather, space cat.
