But it's hard to draw many conclusions for Kona from his single Ironman race, a win at the cold and rainy no-swim, time-trial start IM Ireland. But from the shorter distances we can be pretty sure that he'll be close to the front on the swim and also that he's unlikely to be struggling at the start of the bike. Pretty much everything between a podium and a complete explosion is possible for Ali, but a well-executed race should see him finish somewhere in the Top 10. .................................................. .. .
