Homemade cheese buns!
Made with charred broccoli and onion (made into a paste), using a pork broth base instead of water, cheese cubes mixed throughout, and with the pork fat rendered out and mixed with canola oil added in before forming (and on the tins).
Just a touch charred on the top from overzealous broiling, but they smell incredible.
In order: after kneading (pre-rise), post-rise (hand for scale), after scoring, adding more cheese on top, and the final product.
