Korean 707th Special Mission Group Operator with a customized Glock 19, a few pieces stand out, like the Strike Industries comp, this piece is mounted via recoil spring assembly, and not directly to the barrel. The other piece that caught my eye is the Align Tactical thumb rest, a low profile gas pedal that's mounted replacing the trigger pin and indented under the take down tab.
This mod seems to be in widespread use, as it's seen in other Glocks in use within the unit.
