my happy ending for my amell & alistair is that they are both grey wardens and disappear like it says they do in the awakening epilogue but they just go live in the frostback mountains, maybe near an entrance to the deep roads and just. kill darkspawn until they get eaten by dragons and die. and only their friends know where they went btw

i just realized that ive never talked about the super important aliro lore on here about what happens after ro decides to spare loghain and make him a warden.

okay so basically. the first time i played dao i made loghain a warden. and alistair left so i panicked and reloaded bc i need that hoe to help me fight the archdemon. HOWEVER

then i realized that alistair leaving was kickass actually because that means he shows up in the hanged man in da2 as a drunkard. which means he will be in ro's hometown and he will inadvertently think of ro.

ANYWAY i hc that he kind of runs around w hawke a little bit and gets himself together a bit and it's a little weird because hawke looks a bit like ro. i'm thinking of making my hawke wasian btw since in my worldstate the amells are chinese

anyway alistair goes into the deep roads with hawke and ends up personally escorting carver to ferelden, dreading coming face to face with ro but also reconciling himself with being a grey warden. and then there is a messy reunion. which i'm so excited about
