Customer came to me with a problem I have never seen before, not in 5+ years as a parts guy nor in 16+ years as a technician. He had rented the PS pulley kit from us and had put the installer bearing inside the puller collets and pressed the sleeve over the assembly. He wanted me to get them apart. I said "fine but HOW did you put them together?" He kept trying to tell me the instructions told him to even though I didn't ask why but how. He left without telling me.
