Eli Jang/Jang Hyun
I've been WAITING for Eli/Jang Hyun into the story for AGES, since day 1,ideky!
*contains spoilers*
1. Which happened first in chap 79 where Crystal says "This was the first time where our paths would begin to cross" which made my inner fangirl die of happiness
2. But then I had to wait all the way till chap 199 where they showed him to be beginning to fight,
3. And then showed how he landed in that situation in chap 208. Oh, and we were casually told he's a teen dad.
4. Somewhere in the extreme beginning of the manhwa, Vasco says about Daniel, "He's as strong as Eli?" Or, "He's as bad as Eli?" Idk which one, but I remember being confused when I read it. And that's probably what first caught my eye.
I knew he'd be important somewhere along the line, but when Gun or Goo or whoever the black-haired dude is, wanted him as his successor, mentioned that he wanted Eli to be his successor, shit just got so much more real and I was screaming in joy because my baby was finally getting some recognition.
And that was when I'd come up with the theory that Eli had probably been Hostel's head or something, and after all the Runaway Fam arcs I've been reading, I feel like I was right all along.
And that makes me realise how strong and badass he actually is, to even be appreciated by Gun/Goo(lmao I'm too lazy to find out which one it is).
And that new chick who came, idk, Sally Park(wow these English names lmao) is surely related to his past( A genuine question: is she the same girl who comes in his thoughts in chap 78/79, with the words: You think you're the shit just because you look good? Because they don't look the same, and the author's art style has evolved a lot since then. Plus, this Sally looks much sweeter too). And I can't wait to see how asdfghjkl.
Yeah, I'm done. I'd wanted to let all that out for months, but nobody around me has read Lookism(I pity them, they're missing out on life) and I came across your page and those beautiful, I may add, pictures of Eli just made me wanna rant my heart out.
